Ann-Marie Hosang-Archer

Ann-Marie Hosang-Archer

Ann-Marie Hosang has 28 years of healthcare experience working in and managing staff in over 30 countries in North America, the Caribbean, Central America, and Sub-Saharan Africa. She is the former Managing Director of Eli Lilly South Africa and Sub-Saharan Africa. She is experienced in clinical trials, sales and marketing management and organisational management.

She is known for her commitment to integrity in business and served as the chairman of the Marketing Code Authority in South Africa. She was a key player in the formation of the Code of Marketing Practice in Costa Rica.
A native of Jamaica, Ann-Marie is a strong people focused leader who is motivated by seeing team members develop. She believes that integrity must be the foundation upon which healthcare businesses are run.

After almost three rewarding decades in the corporate sector, Ann-Marie decided to co-found LVH to contribute to sustainable availability of healthcare solutions in developing countries.

Vivien Katzav
HR & Training

Vivien Katzav

Vivien Katzav spent 18 years as a professional nurse and 20 years in the pharmaceutical industry. Her experience covers sales and marketing, sales leadership, human resources, training, and executive coaching.

Vivien has trained and coached personnel in many countries and cultures. Her in-depth skills range from business and leadership coaching, team and organizational change management coaching, performance coaching, sales skills and development skills training for individuals and teams.

Vivien holds an MBA, several professional nursing qualifications; she is a John Maxwell Coach, trainer, an Associate for the Ken Blanchard Companies and a Six Sigma facilitator.

Geta-Mae O’Sullivan

Geta-Mae O’Sullivan

Geta-Mae O’Sullivan has over 28 years’ experience in pharmaceutical sales, marketing, healthcare distribution while working for both Multinational and large local companies. She has also worked in Business Development and General Management.

Geta-Mae owns a pharmacy and other businesses, which provide services to people of Clarendon, Jamaica. Her experience spans all the channels of the healthcare delivery business.

 

 

Dr. Moses Alobo
Medical Director

Dr. Moses Alobo

Dr. Moses Alobo is a medical affairs expert with more than 15 years of experience in pharmaceutical medicine and clinical research.

Moses studied medicine at the University of Nairobi (Kenya) and later Public Health at the University of Birmingham (UKHe was awarded the LSHTM Executive Global Health fellowship 2019, The Archbishop Desmond Tutu African Leadership fellowship in 2014, the EU Contact Point Network for Young African Scientists Fellowship in 2007 and the British Chevening Scholarship in 2005
