In this model, LVH will provide sales personnel for implementation of your strategies and promotion of your products in the desired territories. The sales personnel will be employed by LVH based upon your needs.
Product handling will be in the hands of your selected distribution network. LVH’s teams with always work with the distributors in the territory because these relationships are critical for ensuring the product is available when and where there is demand.

There are two approaches to the sales personnel that can be considered:

a. Client-Managed:
In this case, LVH will recruit and hire sales personnel that will be dedicated to you, our client. They will be given general industry, LVH Ethics and Compliance program training, and other trainings based upon our agreement. The sales personnel will form an extension to your own salesforce and will be managed on a day-to-day basis by you. LVH will take care of the employment
related responsibilities but the teams will be under your guidance and control. In these cases, LVH maintains close follow-up and gives support to our personnel.

b. Outsourced:

There is further flexibility in how the client manages their budgets with respect to the contract personnel. These sales personnel will be fully managed and coached by LVH leaders in order to achieve the goals that we have established with our clients.

i. FTE-based: You may prefer to have a fairly fixed cost of related to the personnel by determining the specific quantity of sales personnel required. The monthly costs will not vary significantly.

ii. Commission based: In this case, the quantity of the field force will depend on the sales and the sales forecast and the commission allowed with respect to the sales. Commission may change over time or the number of resources may change over time, as sales increase.

Either way, providing flexibility to support you to achieve your goals within your budgets.

In an Agency Agreement, LVH acts as an agency for your company or products in the specified territory. You will continue to own the marketing authorization and rights to your brands but all in-market activity, distributor relationships, institutional business and representation will be conducted by LVH on your behalf based on your approvals and specifications.

In this arrangement, LVH ensures that you will be informed of all local regulatory updates and requirements in order to work with you to maintain the right to operate in that territory. LVH will ensure local technical representation exists for your products in each region as required.

This model often attracts a commission-based approach and syndicated representatives are utilized for the implementation of the effort in the territory. In this case, the commission is determined and managed by the client to LVH.

In this model, LVH will be granted the rights to represent and make your products available in a territory.

We will employ and implement the most appropriate activities while respecting what your brands represent.

Activities will be approved by your teams but fully implemented by LVH.
LVH will independently nominate and manage the local distributors that will purchase and sell and handle the products within the territory.

Marketing Authorization Holder (MAH) may remain with the manufacturer or with our client. Regulatory responsibilities remain with the MAH while LVH ensures the appropriate local representation required to support the  registrations and approvals that must be in place as a right to operate.

LVH will utilize sindicated representatives and ensure that the products are included in portfolios of complementary products. Products are often sold at a discounted rate to LVH who’s commission is flexible and determined based on margins and final prices in country.
